Logline

In a century-long industrial war, the crews who maintain the walking artillery platforms know something the pilots don't: the machines are outliving the reasons they were built.

MECH begins in a repair hangar, not a battlefield. It is a film about labor, supply chains, and the strange intimacy between a crew and a weapon they keep alive.

The universe is designed to extend across film and interactive media, with a shared timeline, economy, and set of factions that continue whether or not a camera is present.

Story & World

A hundred-year war economy: conscription cycles, fabrication towns, and a technology tree that advanced faster than the societies fielding it.

Giant machines are only interesting if somebody has to pay for them. I started with the logistics and let the spectacle come second.
